Street Biking Class

Do you want to bike with confidence on the street and the many trails and bikeways in the area? This class is designed for intermediate and experienced bicyclists who want to make better use of your local bike infrastructure for recreation and/or commuting. With high gas prices these days, it’s not a bad idea.
Taught by League American Bicyclists- League Cycling Instructors (LCIs), this class will include some basics about safe biking and rules of the road as well as parking lot drills that have value when street biking. It will include a small group ride (4-6 miles) on low traffic streets. At the end of the session participants will be paired with an LCI to design and ride a personalized commuting route of the participants choice.
