Level up your mountain bike skills at The Roots MTB Flow Clinics, hosted at 3550 340th St SE, Coralville, IA. Choose from two 2-hour sessions designed to build confidence and control on the trail:
Level 1 Clinic — 10:00 AM ($75, 8 spots)
Perfect for riders looking to nail the fundamentals: body positioning, bike-and-body separation, wheel lifts, and an introduction to cornering.
Level 2 Clinic — 1:00 PM ($75, 8 spots)
For riders ready to push further into intermediate skills: berm cornering, basic jumping, and drops.
